They have been recipients of dozens of industry awards for their work, and their award-winning projects have been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally and featured in outlets like Modern Luxury Dallas and Modern Luxury Interiors.

While running a successful professional residential building company is now a passion of Diane’s, she never dreamed she’d one day be a prominent part of the industry. Diane Hatfield started her professional career as a Registered Nurse. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Tech University, where she met her husband, Chad, in 1997. She began work as an RN for Florida Hospital in Orlando, FL, where she worked in the critical care areas. Diane and Chad then moved to Dallas, where she worked for Baylor University Medical Center. She moved her experience to surgery recovery at the Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery, where she worked for over seven years, and then worked as a RN Certified Case Manager for UnitedHealth Group. Throughout her career in the healthcare industry, Diane quietly supported Chad with their legacy company, Hatfield Builders & Remodelers, on her days off from the hospital. In 2014, she retired from nursing to work as Interim Office Manager of Hatfield Builders & Remodelers before transitioning to Director of Marketing.
Diane Hatfield enjoys all aspects of running a business, but she’s especially excited about how their home remodeling projects change the way their clients live while supporting the teams that make it happen through marketing, process improvement, and transparent communication. Diane also recently obtained her real estate license and will use that to better serve her clients.
